Becoming a Mentor
Mentor Expectations: Mentors will be paired with a like-minded mentoring partner to help lead their mentees and 2-3 student mentees who are interested in their career field, college major, similar high school sports/hobbies, etc. Each mentor partnership will be responsible for meeting virtually (via Zoom) with their group of mentees (2-3 students) on a basis decided by the group (weekly, biweekly, monthly). Mentors are expected to meet with their mentees a minimum of one meeting each month and are committed to their students until the end of the school year in June
