What is Loudoun Mentors?
Loudoun Mentors was created in summer 2020 by underrepresented graduates of Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) to help create a virtual space for current high school students with marginalized identities. We believe that some of the inequities students of color face are due to a lack of visibility, mentorship, professional development, and community. Since the program has been founded, we have successfully completed an inaugural mentorship cohort and graduated 2 senior mentees, and helped to guide them to matriculation at their dream universities.
The program is 100% free for LCPS students to participate in, as we are a youth-run organization by the community for the community. Some of our previous events that we have held include LCPSS BSU and CAMPUS college panels, scholarship fair, virtual game night, NAACP Loudoun collaborations, and more!

We can help you shape your future!
